Today we held our second school presentation at Wairarapa College.

It was great to have the Year 13s interacting and asking some really good questions.

It was National Property Managers Day today so we celebrated with a bunch of other local Property Managers at 1841 in Johnsonville.

It was nice to share stories and see that we’re all in the same boat with a slow rental market and rents looking like they may have now hit the bottom.

Onwards and upwards though, this is all just part of the cycle.

Cheers to all the Property Managers out there doing a fantastic job, it’s definitely not for the faint hearted!
