The Newlands Community House Foodbank is low on many pantry staples. Sugar, cooking oil, all cereals (especially weetbix), meal sauces and mixes, soup, crackers, biscuits, jam, tinned fruit, chickpeas and canned beans, rice, pasta and 2 minute noodles. Frozen veges would also be fantastic - please give these to staff at the counter so we can get them straight in the freezer. Any other groceries you would like to donate are also appreciated. Please add these items to your next shop if you can afford to and bring them to the Community Centre or put them in the Foodbank bin at New World Newlands.
