Philippa created what started off as Excellent Property Management in the Wairarapa. Having worked for Quinovic in the city she decided to branch out on her own so she could feel settled and free to do her job with the integrity and honesty she believes in. After four years she sold Excellent Property Management, and came back to work in Wellington, which had always been her intention. The name wa

s no coincidence as she was passionate about raising the standard of service that owners and tenants could expect from the Property Management industry. The Wellington company name became Ace Body Corporate and Property Management as Body Corporate work was added to the portfolio on the request of an owner. With the confusion created with a lot of other property companies having the name Ace, it has now been changed to PADAS Property Management. Ace Body Corporate still continues supporting their current Body Corporate clients. With Philippa's extensive knowledge of the Body Corporate industry, PADAS is the ideal company to approach about what to look for when investing in an apartment. A number of clients are also ex pats overseas or on three to five year contracts with the NZ government, as they can be assured that the properties will be well looked after while they are away. PADAS have the latest in new software and equipment, for owners to get the very best in innovation within the industry.

This is what happens every night. I go to the toilet outside ( which was cold tonight ) and then inside to bed. I’m a good girl and will stay in my bed until mums in her bed. You will notice I walk on the concrete curb. It saves getting wet feet or whatever but I like doing it.
