Cabins | Residential project

Our exterior 3D visualization of Oldbury Road tells the story of a home built for quiet: a private retreat an architect designed for his own family, far enough from the city to feel like another world.

The houses sit apart, so everyone has room to breathe, yet the family is never out of sight for long. We wanted that balance of solitude and closeness to be the first thing you feel. And the answer was the golden hour. Low sun, warm light, long shadows settling across the landscape, and the architecture relaxes into something gentler.

Weather and light do much of the storytelling for us. Because in a place like this, the details are what make it feel like home.

Frankfurt Villa Renovation

When a historic villa was set to become a hotel & restaurant, interior 3D visualization became the project’s shared language.

Working side by side with the design team, we visualized concept options, alternative material palettes and room layouts. Every decision could be seen, questioned and refined before a single wall was moved. Each render answered a question the drawings could not.

Outside, fog wraps the facade in grey silence. Inside, color and texture take over: warm timber, deep stone, lush greenery, brass catching the low light, a collage of fabrics.

No surprises on opening day, only the ones are designed.

Hydropark | Urban Design Project

We created 3D visualizations for Hydropark, a public space concept in Zhytomyr, Ukraine, designed by VKA Public Architecture Studio.

The park features small architectural objects, distinct spaces, and layered landscapes that reveal themselves from different angles. That's why each render tells a different story so the viewer can feel like they're walking through and experiencing a variety of scenarios firsthand.

Here's one example: an observation deck built into a staircase structure. As you climb, the views change across different levels and different perspectives. We captured it two ways. The aerial render shows the deck's position within the site and its relationship to the surroundings. The local render zooms in on the details, focusing on what's closest and most tactile.

That's how we make spaces feel real before they exist.

Cabins | Residential project

This exterior 3D visualization was created for a private residential project in Australia, exploring the architectural concept of retreat and seclusion.

Designed by an architect for his family, the house is set in a remote natural environment and divided into several distinct volumes. This fragmented layout gives each resident a private space while allowing shared areas to remain intimate and independent.

3D visualization focuses on how the architecture responds to its surroundings, from its secluded setting and relationship with nature to the separation of the building’s volumes. Together, these elements create a home where privacy is a fundamental part of the architectural experience.

Private House | Architectural Visualization

We created a complete 3D visualization package for a private residence, working closely with architects and interior designers to capture its distinctive spatial concept.

Here's the thing: the facade creates an illusion of a floating wall, separated from the ground by a continuous band of glazing. Inside, the open-plan layout and elongated windows blur the boundary between interior and exterior.

The same idea continues through the smaller spaces, as seen in these views of the bedroom and the corridor overlooking the dining area.

Hydropark | Urban Design Project

How do you show that a park should feel like an adventure? That was the challenge behind our 3D rendering service for Hydropark in Zhytomyr, developed for VKArchitects' urban design concept.

The project reveals the area's raw natural character, trees, vegetation, and direct access to water, through an ecological dialogue between infrastructure and landscape. Our role was to translate that idea into architectural 3D visualization that people could feel. Instead of the usual polished park 3D render, we leaned into the hiking-trail atmosphere, while still hinting at safety and infrastructure.

The goal was immersion: can you imagine walking this path? For urban projects built around human scale and everyday activity, this kind of visual storytelling is important; it's how people understand what a space will feel like to live in.

Hydropark | Urban Design Project

Public space 3D visualization is a fascinating type of CGI. Working with large scales and territories, it helps communicate the idea of a place and answer the question: “Why does the city need this?”

For this project, we collaborated with VKA Architects to create visual storytelling for the Hydropark in Zhytomyr, Ukraine, a concept focused on the natural richness of the site, contemporary infrastructure, and local identity.

Part of the story explores the interaction with water. And, of course, people. In public space 3D visualization, they show how a space can be used, communicate its scale and atmosphere, and add a sense of poetry to the place, reflecting the human-centred approach at the heart of urban design.

Architectural Visualization for Commercial Building

This project took us to Germany, where an existing building was renovated as a mixed-use development. From the start, the faсade was the heart of the story in architectural visualization: wrapped in semi-transparent, matte polycarbonate panels that let light pass through in a quietly beautiful way. Capturing that effect meant paying close attention to every layer of translucency.

Another key renovation decision was preserving the open-space ground floor, filled with natural light and air. Our renderings combined angles that reveal these structural details with a lifestyle-driven perspective, suggesting what everyday life here might feel like for future residents.

As result visual materials became part of a white paper prepared for a banking presentation, where visual clarity carried real weight in the decision-making process.

Interior 3D Rendering: Walking Through a Housing Project

Our new project shows how powerful interior visualization can be when it's about experience. In these three 3D renders, we took a single space and brought it to life in three frames, guided by one character.

Her poses match the mood of the space: calm and unhurried, just like the interior itself. She settles into the sofa, glances at her phone, pauses by the table, lets her eyes drift toward the wall, showing small, everyday moments of life in the house. Through this woman's eyes, we can also see more: the airiness of the room, the flood of natural light, and those stunning panoramic windows framing the outside world.

Different perspectives, and one feeling: this is a space made to be lived in.

CGI for Urban planning project

We created 3D visualization for a concept vision of Hydropark in Zhytomyr, Ukraine, translating urban planning ideas of VKA architects into images that reveal the park's rich natural ecosystem and its clearer, more recognizable identity.

Our visual materials helped shape how the concept comes across: a series of architectural landmarks that structure the park, guide visitors, and create memorable experiences, framing nature and inviting people to see the landscape in new ways.

One of these objects is an observation tower, and through our renders we were able to show its full potential: as you climb the stairs, the view keeps changing, with each level offering a new perspective on the park below. We captured how the tower is visible from multiple points throughout the park, and even reflected in puddles after the rain, becoming a true landmark, a destination, and a natural point of orientation that strengthens the park's character.
