We are going to have an updated two bedroom and a studio apartment coming open soon in Addison. Rental agreement will include a 10x10 storage unit on site.

We are working through our wait list but are accepting new applicants as well.

Why The Addison Community Development Committee formed -

💡 Did you know Addison Park has been at risk of being sold due to lack of resources?
Rather than see our park disappear, a group of neighbors formed the Addison Community Development Committee (ACDC) to find creative solutions.

✨ Instead of raising taxes, we’re focusing on community-driven ways to protect and grow our park — like hosting events, securing donations, and partnering with local businesses.

We’re already busy starting our efforts — and this is just the beginning! 🌿 More details (and some exciting events!) will be shared here soon.
