Spent a lot of time touring properties in a tight-knit community in Graniteville SC over the past few months.

The medium sales price is $300k for 4-5 bedroom homes if anyone is interested in purchasing decent size homes with level lots in Graniteville.

Really enjoyed working with my buyer and his mom. Tried to convert him to the Ravens team! He wasn't convinced!

Recently assisted a family with relocating from AZ to SC. We started off with land and a custom build. The response from sellers/agent took too much time and we had to withdraw our offer.

We shifted to a home already built. 3 weeks into the contract, the seller decided he was going to try to keep his home (and file bankruptcy)! At this point the buyers were all packed up and driving 1900 miles when I had to notify them of the termination.

The buyers were not devastated. A NO for them means Next Opportunity!

We quickly found a great brick ranch home in Evans GA. Problem was the roof was at the end of its life! I negotiated a new roof and the buyers closed in less than 3 weeks thanks to Daniel Atkins with Ameris Bank.

Typically agents don't receive gifts from buyers. I was shocked and super happy to receive these marketing gifts!
