I offer a holistic approach to a home seller or buyer - here for you every step of the way, as opposed to a different person handling each part of the transaction. You will be talking to me directly, not an assistant. Like a large team, I have a coalition of support, a principal broker, a compliance team reviewing all documents, and an experienced transaction coordinator to make sure that the contracts for your deal are complete and meet all legal requirements to close. Let me tell you a little bit about myself. First of all, let’s start with my name because let’s be honest, it’s weird. My name is Firiel. It sounds like cereal with an F. So when you’re eating your breakfast, think of me 😊 My entire career path has been about helping people. I taught preschool, worked in the advertising department of a newspaper, was office manager for the Boys & Girls Club and worked for the Albany Area Chamber of Commerce. I started my real estate career as the Listing Manager, Director of Operations and basically Mom for a large real estate team. I got licensed and was on the team for a while before deciding to go solo with eXp. Exp Realty is a fast growing, high tech brokerage that is very cutting edge and I love it. We have produced Bridal shows, Christmas boutiques, a Baby show, fundraisers, pop up boutiques and all kinds of fun events in the past.

But now we are putting on a brand new event: the MID VALLEY MARKET ~ a vintage, collectibles + flea market mash up and it's going to be fantastic!

We have over 50 really awesome vendors bringing all kinds of neat items like refurbished furniture and decor, antiques, collectible items, records, baked goodies, jewelry, sports cards, original artwork, clothing, books, rugs, and sooooo much more! You've got to check it out. We are pretty proud of it for a first time event.
