🏡 A home inspection report isn't a pass or fail test—it's a valuable tool that helps you make an informed decision.

One of the biggest fears buyers have is seeing a long inspection report filled with notes and recommendations. The truth is, it's completely normal for an inspection to uncover issues—even in newer homes.

That's why I created this carousel to walk you through some of the most common findings:

Here at my out-of-state buyers home inspections in NE Albuquerque!

I've worked with many people who are relocating to Albuquerque or Rio Rancho and I really have to be extra involved in these ones. Because they may or may not be able to come out for the inspections or even to see the home in person before submitting an offer, since some homes may only be on the market a couple of days, I really have to be their eyes and ears and relay every ounce of information that I receive.
