This one was worth the wait. 🤍
Our home at 505 Aermotor in Windmill Creeks spent a little more time waiting for its people—and when this family came along, we knew we had finally found the right match.
They closed in July, and we truly knocked it out of the park with this one. From the home itself to the people who now get to call it theirs, it just feels right.
That’s the thing about home. Sometimes it isn’t about finding a buyer. It’s about finding the family who walks through the door and realizes, this is ours.

🏡 Some Closings Mean a Little More
We may be a little late sharing this one, but some homeowners are simply too special not to celebrate. 🤍
When these two closed on their home in Windmill Creeks back in June, we handed over the keys—but somewhere along the way, they had already become so much more than clients.
They became friends. The kind that feel a whole lot like family.
This is one of our favorite parts of what we do. We get to build beautiful homes, but the relationships built along the way are what stay with us long after closing day.
We couldn't be happier to have these two as part of the Caliber family and to see them making this beautiful home their own.
