Something a little light-hearted today!! Just a few more.... • My car doubles as my office, dining room, and storage unit.
• I check my phone “one last time” about 50 times a night.
• I know where the best public bathrooms are!
• My trunk has yard signs, boots, extra folders...
• I celebrate clear inspections!

Remember Spring listings don't happen overnight. Homes that show the best usually start their prep weeks ahead of time!!
Some tips:
* Deep Clean Everything: clean carpets and windows.
* Repair leaky faucets, scuffed trim work, chipped paint
* Pressure wash siding and walkways, trim overgrown trees/shrubs
* Rearrange furniture to create open, walkable pathways
* Remove extra furniture to maximize the perception of room size.
* Replace all dim or burnt-out light bulbs with bright, white lights
