When I tell a client, “I’ll take care of it,” I mean more than adding another task to my list.
I mean I’m making the call, asking the follow-up question and staying with it until we have an answer.
Sometimes that means talking with the other agent after a showing. Sometimes it means tracking down a document, confirming a deadline or bringing the right people into a conversation before a small concern becomes a larger problem.
Much of that work happens without my clients ever seeing it.
That is exactly how I want it to feel.
Buying or selling a home already requires you to make important decisions. You should not also have to chase updates, coordinate every person involved or wonder whether something has been handled.
When I say, “I’ll take care of it,” I want you to know you can trust me to follow through.
