Another Property UNDER CONTRACT!
Not every buyer buys in year 1 or 2 or even 3. Some buyers take the better part of a decade to purchase their next home.... and that is ok too.
I have known these buyers since before I had my kids! They have wintered in my old riverfront condo for years- and have considered upgrading to a much larger winter home for quite some time.
We almost found the perfect property about 8 years ago, but the timing wasn't right.
I have stayed in contact with them and they have been conducting due diligence behind the scenes, focusing on the best location, floorplan, & lifestyle for their current and future needs.
I think they visited upwards of 50 open houses over the last few years until they found THE ONE. So thankful to have helped them negotiate and secure this property at the right price. The inspection was easy, and no repairs were needed.
So excited for them, and I look forward to enjoying sunsets on their patio next winter!!
