POV: You drive 3.5 hours from Fort Myers for a baseball tournament… and accidentally find one of the coolest restaurants in Florida. 👀

We had such a fun experience at The Old Jailhouse in Sanford! From the atmosphere and service to the food, everything was so good—and we loved seeing pieces of the original jailhouse shine through the beautiful, upscale interior. It had so much character and made the whole experience unique.

Fritz and I were VERY excited about the espresso crème brûlée ☕️🤎

McKenna loved my mocktail with the vanilla smoke bubble ✨🫧

And Clark was all about the NY strip + root b**r float with homemade vanilla ice cream. 😂

We love finding little gems like this as a family when we travel for our son’s baseball tournaments, and this one was absolutely worth the drive!

Hearing “We’re officially closed!” are the sweetest words to hear as a first-time homebuyer. 🥹🏡🔑

Our amazing client was referred to us by another amazing client, and after getting pre-approved with our incredible lender, Shannon Rodriguez with Mortgage 1, we began the search for her first home.

But God had a plan that was greater than ours. 🤍

The first couple of homes we found weren’t meant to be. We turned over every stone and did everything we could to make them work, but title issues on the sellers’ sides couldn’t be resolved in a timely manner.

So we rallied, persevered, and kept going.

And now, it has ALL paid off. 🥹🎉

Today, our client is officially a **first-time homeowner** in a beautifully updated home with a new roof, new windows, and—most importantly—a neighborhood close to her family, which was at the very top of her wish list. 🏡❤️

It was such an honor to walk alongside her through this major milestone. There were definitely some happy tears shed when this one finally closed! 🥹🔑

Congratulations to our first time home buyers!! 🏠🤍They had planned on eventually building and we helped them buy a 1+ acre lot a few years ago, but this summer they decided they really wanted to be in their new home sooner, so we started looking at existing homes and just 46 days after they reached out to us they got their keys! 🔑 Now they are the proud owners of a beautiful newly-built 3 bedroom + den, 2 bath, 2 car garage home with over 2,000 square feet under air, a coffee nook/bar, and an outdoor kitchen on 1/2 an acre of land already fenced in and ready to enjoy!
