One of the many things I love about being part of Keller Williams is the connections we have within our brokerage! Through our network of agents, I was able to find an off market home for my buyers, and today they officially got their KEYS

Got to pack up my little family, Cesar, our two dogs & two cats, and spend a few days in the mountains. 🏞️Fresh air, beautiful views, elk everywhere… it was exactly the reset I needed.

My mom told me yesterday, “I’m glad you finally got to get away,” and we both laughed because I guess “getting away” looks a little different when you run your own business. There were still calls to lenders, contracts being written & deals going under contract in between enjoying the mountains. But honestly, that made me even more grateful. I’ve built a career that allows me to pack up, take my work with me, have amazing people back home I can depend on (especially Claudia Martinez 💛), and still enjoy moments like these with my family.

Just one of those little reminders that I’m exactly where I’ve prayed and worked to be. ✝️

🏡THREE are officially UNDER CONTRACT 🏡

But around here.. we don't celebrate too early! I personally like to wait until we've made it through inspections and some of those first big hurdles before I start yelling UNDER CONTRACT! because getting an offer accepted is exicting, but there's still a whole lot that happens between accepted and SOLD. And these three definitly have their own stories to tell. Stay tuned because I'll be sharing more about what happened behind the scenes and how we navigate each one.

Sometimes getting to the closing table takes a few extra days… and that’s okay! 🏡🔑

We were all set to close when our final walkthrough caught something important, one of the agreed upon repairs had not been completed. So instead of rushing to sign, we pushed closing back a few days to make sure everything was taken care of first.

A little Realtor reminder: never underestimate the importance of your final walkthrough! Once you sign, you lose a lot of the leverage you had before closing, so my job is to make sure we’re protecting you all the way through those final signatures.

And after those few extra days, we FINALLY made it! 🥳 I’m so excited for my buyer and her kiddos to have a place of their own. She works so hard for her babies, and I cannot wait to see her turn this house into their HOME. 💛

And of course, a huge thank you to Annette Ronquillo with Lawyers Title for helping us stay on track and get this one across the finish line!

Officially LAND OWNERS! 🌾🥳

These clients knew exactly what they wanted, and when a few bumps in the road tried to slow things down, they stayed determined and found a way to make it happen! 🙌🏼 What could have turned into another 60+ days of waiting turned into us getting to the closing table in just about ONE WEEK! 👏🏼

I’m so excited for them to finally have this piece of land and be able to start working toward everything they have planned for it. 🌾🏡 I can’t wait to see what they create!

That first picture was taken the very first day we stepped foot in this home. They came into town from out of state, we scheduled a showing, and this was the one and only house we looked at. They knew right away, this was HOME.

Fast forward to the second picture… celebrating all the way from Virginia because they officially CLOSED on their Amarillo dream home!! 🥳

I’m so thankful our paths crossed and even more grateful for the trust they placed in me throughout this entire process. Clients like these are such a sweet reminder of why I love what I do. 💛

Between house hunting, catching up with my cousin, and getting some extra time with baby Santi, this one was just so much fun. Life gets busy and we don’t always get to spend as much time with family as we’d like, so I’m extra thankful that real estate gave us that time together.
