Once you’re under contract, this is not the time for a new car, new furniture, new credit card, or a celebratory shopping spree for the house.

Big purchases and changes to your credit can affect your financing before closing, so when in doubt, talk to your lender before you buy.

The new couch can wait. Getting the keys is better.

The former Utah State Prison site is being transformed into The Point, a massive new development bringing homes, restaurants, shopping, offices, parks, entertainment, and more to this part of the valley.

And with hundreds of new homes planned for the River District alone, this is more than just another development. It could change the way people live, work, and play in and around Draper.
