Congratulations to our seller! This house received an offer the first week it was listed! Unfortunately, the buyer could not get their house sold. We finally have a closing date and a buyer for this lovely property. Sometimes our plans go exactly the way we want them to and sometimes, we get to be patient. :) So thankful to say that this is under contract!
