It was a close call at Peppertree last night around 7:30. I was sitting on a bench outside and decided to go in but i didn't want to walk under the window of the woman holding this item at a thrift store. I decided I would go around the building and use the backdoor. Well wouldn't you know it as I was turning the corner to go behind the building there was the woman with a red top walking her dog. That is fate LOL.There was no way I was going to risk continuing to walk towards the backdoor and get the woman upset. That is the last thing I wanted to do. There was no John the guard for her to yell for like last time she saw me back there which resulted in the manager calling the cops on me.

I made the wise decision to turn around and go back to the bench I was sitting on and give the woman plenty of time to finish walking her dog and return to her apartment. Even though I had my body camera on and have other undisclosed safety resources I figured that was the best thing to do to keep the woman from getting upset. I'm not worried about the cops or the guard or the manager. I'm worried about the woman the most out of everything. I hate seeing her get upset and I'm sure she doesn't want her dog to see her upset too. I always have to be on the lookout here but MJ Peterson is giving me plenty of ammunition for a lawsuit which should get me out of here. They even let their current manager harass me and allow others to harass me. I document everything since I would have never had anything to do with this woman if MJ Peterson and the Amherst cops didn't conspire to use the psychopath pathological liar to try and get me evicted. I never had anything to do with her before she volunteered to help me while I had a order of protection against me. Now I worry about her all the time and I didn't even feel like walking under her window but it almost backfired on me. I have to be real careful around here.

I loved taking her to thrift stores and just following her around the store. I was hoping to keep guys from hitting on her which i don't think she wanted plus there was another benefit lol. Woman love to shop in stores although I like to shop online for things like tools and flashlights. I gave her a flashlight and she sent me a cool video of her using it as a disco strobe light. You never knew what she was going to do.

I hear there is a very friendly dog in the building that likes to give kisses. I sure wish I could get some but his mommy wouldn't let me get any.

My lawyer said to ignore the manager and guard. He knows a lot of things i don't know about what is going on. I had to ignore a lot of people in my life after i found myself living in my truck. I was then able to get a apartment and make it through ECC and then UB and i got a job as a design engineer within a month of graduating from UB with a BSME. I did engineering work including 3D modeling for controls for aerospace including military aircraft. Listening to certain types of people made me believe i couldn't accomplish what i wanted out of life and i'm not about to listen to those type of people now. I'm sorry people may not like what i dream for but i would still be living in my truck if i listened to that kind of talk. You only have one life to live so don't let others hold you back.

One day people will learn what MJ Peterson and the Amherst Police have put me through and maybe someone will understand why i am the way i am.

I don't need to quote the lyrics of this song but my favorite line is "I wasn't born to lose you". Going through what I'm going through is a good way to lose weight though because you don't feel like eating. I'm losing weight without even trying.

So the cops ignored the compulsive note leaver that got in trouble because of Adam the same day they locked me up for leaving a harassing note for Adam, the well known to Amherst NY Police mentally ill pathological liar. I'm sure MJ Peterson didn't tell their buddies the cops about Ray's lease violation history for losing his temper at other tenants and his history of leaving notes for others. Just like they and the cops ignored my requests for building security camera video. Obviously i was the target and none of them would do anything to protect me including the building manager who told me her hands were tied. I hope the manager is spilling her guts to authorities now that she probably has another job.

Pictures include a sign posted by Ray and a text he sent me basically saying he got in trouble over Adam and that he was fleeing the scene here. LOL he probably didn't go anywhere. He must have been very relieved that Adam blamed me for notes he got and that i was in jail and not him. I guess he has no problem with me going through everything i went through. I guess that goes the same for his mother who knows her son very well. Adam would have never asked me if i was mad at him and then came up with the idea of blaming someone for leaving him a harassing note if he hadn't got one from Ray but i'm sure Adam wrote up even worse notes himself including one that called his neighbor Liz a c*nt in order to manipulate her which worked great. I bet the note or notes he was really left were not that bad in the first place. The cops probably even knew Adam wrote the notes himself because of the content. They knew how mentally ill he was all the time.

Later on i got a email from my lawyer with text messages attached to it that MJ Peterson accused me of sending Adam. Some time after that i was reading the background report i did on Liz his neighbor then and i noticed something very strange. The top email address suggested for her on her background report had her first name spelled Lyz which was the same way it was spelled on the text i was accused of sending Adam. That makes me believe that Adam sent himself nasty text messages to blame on me because who else involved in this would have spelled her name like that. It all makes him a very dangerous person that the Amherst cops protect from prosecution because they treat him like the Amherst Poster Boy, which he basically was. This makes the cops very dangerous protecting a person that has done the things he has done. They and MJ Peterson even got him moved to another MJ Peterson Amherst building and the cops started hiding the details of his welfare requests after they tried to blame them on me.

Another picture shows what someone sent me on Ray only they had no idea that i was a MJ Peterson target so MJ would never use their security cameras to protect me and the cops would just do what MJ Peterson wanted. It would be something if the daughter of that person that sent me the text was part of a New York investigation. He also didn't know that the Amherst NY Police chief was in on the corruption too because he gave a deceitful answer to the FOIL request i made for police body camera video which would have showed the cops lied on their police report. There is no way in the world would the cops come to this mental institution and interview a suspect (really a target) without their body cameras recording. My ex-friend had no clue how corrupt the cops were and that i was a target. He actually thought he was close to getting the note leaver thrown out. LMAO at that.

Another picture shows the text Ray sent me after he found out that i used his name here. He had the cops call me at 9PM to ask me to remove it. The record of that call is also included.

DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS BUILDING IF YOU DON'T WANT TO RISK THE SAME THING HAPPENING TO YOU THAT HAPPENED TO ME.

There are even more mentally ill tenants here now and the manager will not protect you from them. They just intimidate and thrown accusations at certain people to try and get you to move on your own. You think you are visiting a mental institution just visiting the property. Drug use including hard drugs is done right out in the open. A tenant even admitted snorting co***ne and he is still here.

I have other texts on Ray stating that someone had to install a camera on their door because he was hanging out by their door and then trying to intimidate them and then trying to get the manager to harass them. The person was in contact with the Amherst police chief and he though he might me able to get the note leaver thrown out but i figured he wouldn't be able to. Some people will never be able to tell the truth even if it won't cause them any harm. That is how dangerous this place is.

There is a reason they have group homes with additional security and i don't have to tell you who belongs in them.

I don't care what this woman has done to me saying i am stalking her and complaining to corporate and the cops and now John the manipulated security guard that told me i am sick. I have been going through text messages she sent me and i do get sick thinking about what happened between us. She is too smart and sharp to really think i am stalking her and MJ Peterson has nothing to show that despite having cameras all over the building. We both suffered because of what MJ Peterson and Amherst put me through using a psychopath and we both should get compensated for our suffering. No matter what i have posted and may post in the future that is my desire. I want her to have a car and be able to go where she wants to go and she doesn't have to have anything to do with me. She went from wanting to help me over Adam and then texting me that she didn't want to hear about Adam.

I understand that i guess i put too much pressure on her but i was not jealous when she got a ride from someone else here and not me. I was very sad and she should know who saw how sad i was. She once told me she might have to sell her wedding ring and i told her no way would i let her do that because i knew how important it was to her. I always tried to get her wedding videotape so i could get it converted to a DVD. We never got around to it.

Hopefully things will be better for me when MJ Peterson and the Amherst NY cops get exposed for what they are but then like i have learned, money can't make you happy but i can dream while i listen to Van. All i have is my dreams and i don't need to smoke pot or do any drugs for that. You can't take that away from me MJ Peterson or John unless you kill me. It has been almost 3 months since a woman was arrested for stealing my package and i have heard nothing so as i figured Amherst must have used a excuse to drop the charge against her. They told me i need to accept calls from unknown callers and i refuse to do that so that is probably their excuse. They had no problem calling me on my cellphone at 9PM to ask me to remove Ray the note leavers name from my page but i figured they wouldn't want to prosecute someone that stole something from me. I guess it is better off for me because i would be risking my life going anywhere near the Amherst court which is next to the police station. The cops would probably come up with something to charge me with anyways like they did when Adam's father threatened to kill me. They almost got me killed when they retaliated for me beating them when they used the psychopath to target me. The cops don't like it when someone beats them. My lawyer told me they never dismiss charges but they did on that case.

Note the guard John in the video. Someone turned him against me by telling him I did a background check on him. That was a complete lie to manipulate him as I don't even know his last name. Now he is sticking up for the woman who played me and now continuously harasses me. He ignores what she did to me and he called me sick for the music videos I post. I guess he doesn't see a problem with women playing old guys for rides and everything else she got out of me. First she used corporate to harass me and then the cops. Now that the cops know what she is up too she is using the manipulated security guard John. Woman like her have a lot of power over men like him. Even the man that put us together stuck up for her no matter what she did to me. I don't know what they expect to get out of it. LOL is all I can say. My lawyer knows exactly what happened. The manager also let's her get away with all her harassment of me. Everything is being documented for use against MJ Peterson when the time comes and believe me, it will. Of course many of the people in this place are too stupid to know what is going on behind the scenes.

This video goes out to you who called me sick! I have been a Bob Dylan and Van Morrison fan a long time and i even have a album with both of them playing together. I wish i had a life like them where i didn't have to live in a mental institution where people manipulate and take advantage of others. I wonder what John thinks of a husband and father theif or the man that ran off with a woman younger then his daughter and brags about having 3 ways. I guess that is normal to John. I wonder why the man sticks up for a certain woman no matter what she did to me.

March 16, 2026 I was walking out of the front door of the building and the dangerous woman i talked about in the previous post was coming in with her dog.

I was leaving early to go to the car wash first and then the food pantry. I may have sat on the bench outside for a few minutes before i left.

Later on that day i was told the Amherst police were here while I was gone. Knowing how the woman has been harassing me i thought i better check my laptop to find out why the cops were here.

Sure enough i found out the woman in apartment 407 called on me and said i was following her around the building. I figured they were here for me because she got upset when she saw me walking out as she was coming in the building. I don't know if she has mental problems or if she just wants to harass me after playing me for rides. She really turned on me when she thought i got jealous because i found out she got a ride from someone else in the building. People don't cry when they get jealous.

There are security cameras all around the building and the manager could have used them to protect me from her serious accusations but she didn't. The cameras could have shown she is either seriously mentally ill or just very malicious in calling the cops on me.

On May 22, 2023 a well known Amherst Psychopath Pathological liar lied to get me thrown in jail after he thought i left him nasty notes. The same day a well known note leaver had got in trouble for losing his temper at him. Adam thought i left him the notes after he asked me if i was mad at him and i told him i was a little mad at him for getting the other guy in trouble. That answer to the person that turned out to be a psychopath turned my life around permanently. MJ Peterson and the Amherst police completely ignored my requests for security camera video that would have shown me sitting in the lobby. I even asked HUD to step in and MJ Peterson fabricated complete lies about me so HUD would not help me get security camera video to defend me from the known psychopath. It is all documented and MJ Peterson should be banned from getting any government contracts. They should also have their real estate license taken away from them.

This is video of me leaving my apartment and coming back after i went to the food pantry. I had installed cameras everywhere because i knew MJ Peterson would not protect me just like they don't protect me from the woman that played me. I was a target for being outspoken about them and suing them in small claims court.

MJ Peterson used to like to accuse me of things and try to intimidate me from posting. You have access to the security cameras, like the ones you wouldn't use to protect me from the psychopath, so why don't you use them as evidence for the accusations from Julie that you forwarded to my lawyer. Where is video of me leaving for the food pantry after her when she accused me of following her there. I checked and my appointment was a half hour before hers. Where is video of me following her when she went for a walk and was walking back in the parking lot. You could only have video of me leaving hours before her to go to my doctor's and then lunch. You also won't use your security camera video to protect me from her false accusations to the cops. Everything is being documented for further use. I'm sure my lawyer has all your forwarded accusations documented as well. I can just imagine what his file looks like and he also has access to all my files.

Considering all the fired employees involved in trying to evict me you sure think you have a lot of power to allow Taylor Knowles to target me and not protect me from the man playing dangerous woman.

Woman in white top is the one harassing me all the time.

On September 4, 2026 i was walking around the building and i saw her run into the backdoor yelling John (security guard). She has been always calling the cops on me and i knew the security guard was manipulated against me by someone that told him i did a background check on him.

I figured i better ask him what the woman in the white top told him because the cops stopped listening to her trying to get them to harass me so she turned to the security guard. He started yelling at me and he wouldn't tell me what she said to him. He called me sick for posting the music videos i post. I should have a right to know what a woman who has been harassing me told the security guard what i did. I wanted to know exactly what i was accused of before i give out any evidence i have. I'm withholding lots of evidence so i can catch her in lie and push for her eviction.

He got loud so i did and the manager wouldn't do anything since the excuse was it was Friday and she won't talk to anyone here on Friday. Instead she called the cops on me and said i was yelling at the security guard. Maybe i need a protection order against her so she can't talk to me like another person has against her. The police call has been posted already and it went out as a unwelcome guest. I will have lived here for 21 years in October and now the manager or security guard won't protect me from a mentally ill woman who has been reporting to MJ Peterson and calling the cops on me and yelling at me out her window all the time.

She even made up the excuse that she was afraid to walk her dog past me when i was sitting on a bench with others. She never even walks her dog that way anyways and when i went upstairs to find out why the cops were here she never even walked her dog in the direction of where i had been sitting. She is the woman who spent $400 of my money on airline tickets and never showed up for the flight. I was told she would not cancel within a hour to get me a refund. I also gave her rides everywhere she needed to go and bought her tons of stuff. She said she would pay me back for a $60 v**e and vacuum cleaner but never did.

I was accused of following her to the food pantry when my appointment was a half hour before hers. One day while leaving the front door of the building for the food pantry she was coming in with her dog. When I got back I was told the cops were here while I was gone. I found the police calls and found out she called on me and told the cops I was following her around the building. The manager is sticking up for the woman who played me and then continuously harassed me and even accused my neighbor of stalking her because he was my friend and supported me in eviction court. I have the complaint he filed against her. The manager ignores that the security guard illegally smokes pot on the property too.

The boyfriend of the younger woman paired her up with me to help me but she only helped me out of my money and heart. The security guard said i was sick for posting the music videos i post. She probably manipulated him against me. The boyfriend of the younger woman who lived with her didn't pay anything towards the rent like he is supposed to. I put a FOIL request in with HUD as to how he was not paying anything towards the rent and they threatened me with lease violations.

MJ Peterson owns HUD like when they lied to HUD to keep HUD from making them use their security camera video to protect me from the well known Amherst Psychopath that lied to get me thrown in jail and charged.

The manager that was here when the Amherst Police and MJ Peterson conspired to use the psychopath to try and evict me, Yahaira L Ferrer, quit instead of renewing the lease of the psychopath. She knows exactly what happened to me and my lawyer knows the Amherst cops retaliated against me for me beating them. He had warned me not to call them after that but i didn't listen and they must be thinking they will get away with it. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!

The truth is the current manager will not do anything to protect me from the mentally ill in the building. She could have used all the cameras in the building to show the woman lied when she called the cops on me and told them that i was following her all around the building. Manager Taylor Knowles puts me at great risk allowing the woman to harass me. It causes me tremendous pain and suffering what the woman will accuse me of next. I'm sure Yahaira was afraid of getting a bad report from MJ Peterson which would make it impossible to find another job.

It sure is weird that a woman would bring up how good the insurance she used to have was and say it even covered breast enlargements and then say that she didn't need them. Maybe I should have seen that as a sign but I have never been played by a woman in my life before. Then there was her saying it was OK for a woman to marry a guy 20 years older then a woman. I'm not saying what was told to me made me do anything different then I would have done but it sure seems suspicious that there was something going on from the start. I guess I never wanted to believe a woman could be that cruel but then our manager does not do anything about the false accusations against me from that woman.

She can always hang out with the husband thief and her boyfriend who was living here free no matter what the excuse the manager gave me. HUD broke the law trying to come after me when i asked how a person can live here for free. I would have loved to sue them on that but i have enough documentation for plenty of lawsuits already like when HUD accepted lies to not force MJ Peterson to use security camera video to protect me from the psychopath that lied to get me thrown in jail and charged. They still have not shown me any evidence despite my FOIL request for it.

The woman who has been harassing me was into diamond dot art so while i was doing so much for her and giving her so much i asked her to make one of my car and i emailed her pictures of it. Well maybe it is a badge of honor to her to be able to get so much out a man and not give anything because i never got that out of her. I did get to give her lots of things and pay for a $60 v**e for her and a vacuum cleaner in which she never paid me back for. Maybe she is real proud of her accomplishments and she accomplished her goal of getting the monthly income she wanted eventually that she never thanked me for. I gave her expired brownie mixes and she said i must have got a laugh out of that like i did it on purpose. I tried to make it up to her by buying her 10 of the best brownie mixes Walmart had. She did send me this picture of her diamond dot art. Too bad she never made the one of my car that was the only thing I ever asked her for.

Well what i did get out of it all was me and my neighbor were accused of stalking her and she constantly complained to corporate and called the cops on me. I couldn't go anywhere without being accused of following her. The cops finally figured out she was crazy and ignored her call so then she turned to the security guard who had been manipulated against me by someone who told him i did a background check on him. All they had to do was plant that in his mind with no proof which they could not have had since they were lying.
