Probably the "Ziggy" party that posted the purp walk video tape online of the person that stole my package. Who the heck is Ziggy? Ever since the psychopath called me that when he lied to the cops about me leaving him a note, that has been what the cops call me. As subscribers who watch my page have seen, i post on all the incidents at Peppertree Heights that i am aware of and when someone takes a package that isn't theirs and opens it and doesn't return it, i think that is worthy of posting. I do not discriminate weather it is a psychopath with a long history of fake welfare calls lying to get a innocent person thrown in jail or it is a bunch of kids fighting in the apartment below me in the middle of the night.

By the way the dispatcher you hear is the same one that tried calling the psychopath's fake welfare requests malicious so the cops could try and blame someone else, namely me, for them. He tried 3 times that i know of. That was after the calls from the cell phone of the psychopath admitting to him doing m**h and another call for him seeing blood all over and a dead body. I have the unedited calls recorded. No tin foil hat required to hear those police calls unless you don't believe your own ears.

I wish i had the video of her picking up my package and thoroughly examining it before she stuck it in her scooter and zoomed off. She appeared to look around before she grabbed it but i guess not good enough to see the camera pointed at the mailboxes. She only lives 3 apartments from me too.

The video is from a different time but i saw a cop talking to her as i left to go to my doctor's.

So the person that took my package on June 16, 2026 called the cops on me this morning for posting a video of her being led out in handcuffs. She and her daughter, that lives with her, had plenty of time to read the label and see it was not theirs before they opened it. They can't both be blind, besides the mother has no problem flying around on her super fast scooter. Her daughter thru the package at me and the security guard you see in the video. She is lucky that she is not charged with harassment for doing that. She treated us like we did som**hing wrong.

I would post video of the woman taking my package but i don't have it. The video is very clear and the building manager came in early so she could find the video. I wish all the previous managers were as helpful as she was.

The person that took my package is taken out in handcuffs. It was delivered by Amazon at 12:28PM and at around 2PM the woman in cuffs picked it up and looked real close at it and then put it in her scooter. The woman observer that was with the cops noticed in the security camera video that she tried to smudge my name on the package. The following morning i talked to the her and she said nothing about having my package despite the fact that she knew who i was because she only lived 3 apartments from me. I didn't know then that she was the one that took it.

After seeing security camera video that showed she took the package, me and the security guard went to her apartment to get the package back and the woman's daughter threw it at us and was very nasty to us.

Now if MJ Peterson would have used their security camera video to protect me from the psychopath this page would not even exist and it would have saved me from 3 years of hell that will MJ Peterson and the taxpayers will end up paying for. My package only contained cheap rca cables for my car but the woman should have put it down after seeing my name and address on it. She even opened it up. You really have to watch yourself in this place because there are all kinds of people who live here and visit here just like there are all kinds of people that make comments here and must think it is funny to have the cops help a known psychopath get a innocent 68 year old get convicted and evicted. This was even after their eyewitness admitted to using m**h and he saw blood all over and a dead body. Certain people need help if they don't think the cops are capable of corruption with their real estate corporation neighbor. Just wait and see.

Well i talked to a cop today because someone here stole a package of mine. He mentioned that they have not had any welfare calls for the "psychopath" they conspired with MJ Peterson to use him to target me in a while. I mentioned the last welfare call for him that i knew of which was on May 26, 2026. Well i didn't know about the one this morning at 4:47AM when evidentiality he mentioned his old address here. If the cop i talked to knew about that call he might have tried blaming me for it like they tried to blame me for his welfare calls before. I have 3 dispatches from before where they called his welfare requests malicious and tried blaming them on someone else and sent the cops to my door even though they knew very well he was making them. I call that obstruction of justice but maybe i have a tin foil hat on like someone mentioned. I wish that was the case and everything i have been put through in the last 3 years was just a dream. You won't read about it in the news just yet because the local news just sucks.

Every time he make a fake welfare request it takes the cops away from other duties like going after all the car thieves that have been going crazy stealing cars in Amherst and all over WNY lately. They put up with his fake welfare requests and then intentionally conspired with MJ Peterson to try and help him get me evicted. They were dispatching his calls by the last 3 digits of the complaint number and then they got him moved to another MJ Peterson Amherst property where he started with his welfare requests the first night he lived there. Evidentially the woman supporter he manipulated into supporting him is not helping him after she moved there to be with him.

Amherst NY Police eyewitness saw blood all over and dead body at MJ Peterson Peppertree Heights Apartments

This call came in from the cell phone of the eyewitness that the Amherst cops were trying to use to get me killed after he lied to them and told them he saw me leave him a mean note.

Truth is he instigated another tenant with cancer who is known to lose his temper and then leave notes at neighbors doors. The person who saw blood all over and a dead body thought i left him a note so i'm sure he wrote up much meaner notes and blamed me for leaving them. He used his typical MO to get the support of the woman next door to him. One of his notes called her a c*nt. He is a expert at manipulating stupid people and there are a lot of them here. In fact she eventually moved to be with him even though she knows that he lied to get me thrown in jail and charged. Doesn't she realize who called her a c*nt. OMG i guess it doesn't matter to her and that is all i better say about that or MJ will be talking to my lawyer some more. I think MJ should be more worried about losing the HUD contracts after they lied to them as a excuse not to produce security camera video that would have saved me from the lie of the psychopath. I requested the lease violations you said i got and i sent HUD lots of other files that should get you put on the SAM's list and MJ should know what that is. Kiss any HUD money away if i have anything to do with it.

MJ Peterson and the cops conspired to help him get me convicted and evicted by withholding the police report for 2 months which had a lie on it. They both along with my assigned counsel attorney ignored my requests for building security camera video which would have shown me sitting in the lobby at the time the psychopath accused me of leaving a note. It would have shown the psychopath wasn't even in the building when he put his plan into action. The cops and Amherst just kissed MJ Peterson's you know what and did everything they could to help MJ try and evict me.

I was still being prosecuted after this call and a call for him admitting to doing m**h and you might ask what the bought Amherst Judge Geoffrey Klein did. He too my assigned counsel attorney Patrick McLaughlin away from me when the attorney appeared to make a deal on a future case.

Days after i was released from jail the cops came to my door and told me i couldn't stay in my apartment because of the order of protection against me. They told me i would have to walk to the courthouse and talk to the corrupt judge and get the order of protection against me changed so i could stay in my apartment. The first female judge might have known what was going on because she ended up recusing herself from my case. Any honest judge would not have had anything to do with it but i had a previous experience with Geoffrey Klein and i knew he wasn't a honest judge.

A 30 day speedy trial violations case was stretched out to almost 4 months in Amherst and then dismissed. My lawyer told me that Amherst never dismisses cases. The whole injustice system is a game to all of them and i can see how some people can't take it. Lawyers have to go along with the game or they better not bother with a case in that town anymore unless they can clean up the corruption which i have found out can be very dangerous and almost get a person killed. The towns don't care about what they do because there are so many pork lovers that will bail them out.

Once you become a target of a town and corporation you can forget about having a normal life again especially if you are a fighter like i am. You can kiss your rights goodbye.

When you are dealing with the level of corruption i am dealing with you better be very careful and have a real good lawyer. I put in a FOIL request with HUD trying to expose taxpayers getting ripped off and i got threatened with getting lease violations plus my lawyer heard from MJ Peterson. I'm shaking!

My FOIL request was how a person with a very expensive truck could be living with a woman for around 9 years here without paying anything towards the rent. In other words the taxpayers are paying his portion of the rent since this place is taxpayer subsidized. I put in the FOIL request and they forwarded it to CGI Fed who manages the building for HUD. I also asked if a person who is on workers compensation and/or disability can be a aid for another person. CGI threatened me with getting lease violations plus detailed information on my FOIL request with HUD was given to CGI Fed and MJ Peterson, illegally might i add.

It seems like MJ Peterson wanted to get me in trouble of losing my HUD entitlement because of my FOIL request. Maybe HUD got a hint of what was done was illegal because i haven't heard anything else about it. The issues i had with CGI Fed have been reported to HUD outside of the Buffalo office so we shall see how far the corruption spreads. The MJ Peterson lies to CGI Fed were clearly proven.

The moral of the story is that it can be very dangerous trying to save the taxpayers money when there is deep corruption involved. The same kind of corruption that kept HUD and CGI Fed from investigating the lies MJ Peterson fabricated instead of protecting me from the psychopath whose lie cost me over 3 years of my life so far and is really responsible for what a woman put me through.

I was told by MJ Peterson that if you own a house that means you are not living here even if you spend all your time here and you are here every night you are in town. They were trying to let the taxpayers pay his portion of the rent. How do you like that?

Unless people have had bad experiences with the cops they would never believe what happened to me. I would never of believed it myself. As a previous design engineer who did aerospace works on controls for aircraft, including military aircraft, i was used to keeping a lot of documentation. I wish i got video of me asking the manager for building security camera video when just got back to the building after getting out of jail.

This is video of the mentally ill pathological liar the Amherst Police and MJ Peterson used to target me. The Amherst Police knew very well he was a very mentally ill pathological liar that i know they had plenty of prior experience with. At the time i had no idea of how sick this person was and how deep the corruption was. The police and MJ Peterson actually did more then use him. They conspired to help him:

The police took me into custody without telling me any reason why or what was going on. I was never read any rights at all and i was held in jail overnight after they told me i was going to charged with a violation. They still never told me why or anything about what was going on.

The cops came to my door and told me i couldn't stay in my apartment because of the order of protection against me. They told me i had to walk to the courthouse and talk to the judge to get it changed. They assumed i didn't drive.

The police and MJ Peterson completely ignored my requests for Peppertree Heights building security camera video which would have proved the pathological liar lied and i was innocent. I made a video of me leaving voice mail for Detective Trotter asking him for building security camera video. He is the detective arrested by the FBI for lying to them. The manager of the building i live in told me her hands were tied as far as doing anything to help me. Her name is Yahaira L Ferrer and she ended up quitting rather then renewing his lease because she must have known how sick he was and she probably looked at the video to see i was sitting in the lobby at the time the psychopath said he saw me leaving him a note.

The police withheld the police report for almost 2 months on the violations charge which is covered under the 30 day speedy trial law. The police report had a lie on it about the statement i gave the cops.

MJ Peterson completely fabricated lies about me to HUD to keep HUD from making them protect me with building security camera video. That should be a felony and it is all documented.

The Amherst police chief responded to my foil request for police body cam video by saying there was no body cam video from here on the day that i was questioned and taken to jail. It would have showed the cops lied on the police report. There is no way the cops would not have had their body cameras on questioning a suspect. This place has become basically a mental institution as well so there is no way the cops would come in without recording it.

After the pathological liar in the video had calls for admitting to using m**h and seeing blood all over and a dead body the charge against me was not dismissed. The only thing they were using against me was the known mentally ill pathological liar gave a eyewitness statement saying he saw me leave him a mean note. It was obvious that he wrote the notes himself because of what a note referenced. Instead Judge Klein took my assigned counsel attorney away from me and their police dispatcher started calling his welfare requests malicious. The cops actually came to my door to try and blame me for them. One call the pathological liar told the cops he didn't call and the cops told him they knew he called.

When trying to blame me for his fake welfare requests didn't work the cops started dispatching his welfare calls by the last 3 digits of the complaint number to hide the details from me.

The cops did no investigation at all for either side and they wouldn't take any evidence from me. They told me it was up to my lawyer to prove i was innocent.

After 4 months the prosecutor dropped the charges with the excuse that the claimants decided not to pursue the case. I say claimants because the cops used the person manipulated woman neighbor as a claimant because i'm sure the accuser left her notes as well to manipulate her against me. She just stated that she got a note and that her neighbor told her that he saw me leave it for her. One of his notes called her a c**t. This is no better way to manipulate a woman then by leaving her a note that says that and then saying you saw who put the note be her door. I am sure that the prosecutor gave the claimants no choice because my lawyer told me Amherst never dismisses charges. I'm sure they wanted to minimize their liability in a lawsuit so they had a excuse for dismissing the case.

The police and MJ Peterson actually assisted this very dangerous mentally ill person to target me.

Fighting the unbelievable corruption made me even more of a target of Amherst after that accuser's father threatened to kill me and then assaulted me to stop me from getting his license plate.

It came out in eviction court that he had lied plus he lied other times to target me and Erie Count would not help me get a order of protection against him. MJ Peterson owns this whole town.

Amherst NY Police Dispatcher obstructing justice trying to shift blame for fake welfare requests!

I have in the past donated to the Amherst Police Department but man did i find out how corrupt they are. They had no problem conspiring with MJ Peterson to use a completely known to them psychopath who has no remorse for him completely constructing a crime against me just because i told him i was a little mad at him for instigating a tenant with cancer who has mental issues that make him lose his temper. Even after his accusation came out as a lie the cops did nothing but continue to target me because i outsmarted them.

The Amherst NY Pig Department knew very well who was making the welfare requests for the psychopath they used to target me. I am putting this video up just so you can hear the voice of the dispatcher who is the only dispatcher i know of that was obstructing justice trying to take the blame away from the compulsive fake welfare requester who has been doing it for over 3 years just that i know of. That is obstructing justice as far as i am concerned.

They sent the cops to my door to try and blame me for his welfare calls.

7-12-23 12:28AM The same dispatcher dispatched a call for their "eyewitness" saying earlier in the day they got a call from him and he admitted to using M**h.

8/14/23 9:49PM: Police said Carelon Behavioral Health received a call from "eyewitness's" cell phone number and he said he saw blood all over and a dead body. Four police officers showed up at his apartment and talked to him and then they left.

The dispatcher that obstructed justice is still working. THEY CAN DO WHATEVER THEY WANT IN AMHERST AND NOTHING EVER HAPPENS TO THEM.

OVER 3 YEARS SINCE AMHERST TRIED TO USE A PSYCHOPATH TO HELP MJ PETERSON GET ME EVICTED AND WHERE IS ANY EVIDENCE OF ANYONE OTHER THEN HIM PLACING ANY "MALICIOUS" WELFARE REQUESTS. OH THAT'S RIGHT YOUR ACE DETECTIVE TROTTER WAS ON A PAID VACATION FOR TWO AND A HALF YEARS AFTER BEING ARRESTED BY THE FBI. I HEARD HE PLEAD GUILTY TO A MISDEMEANOR. DOES THAT MEAN HE CAN'T OWN A GUN IN NY. TROTTER IS THE ONE THAT IGNORED MY REQUEST FOR HIM TO GET BUILDING SECURITY CAMERA VIDEO THAT WOULD HAVE SHOWN THE PSYCHOPATH LIED. OF COURSE THE DETECTIVE AND THE TOWN OF AMHERST DIDN'T WANT THAT. IN FACT THEY DID NO INVESTIGATION AT ALL AND WOULDN'T TAKE ANY EVIDENCE FROM ME. THEY TOLD ME IT WAS MY LAWYERS JOB TO PROVE I WAS INNOCENT.

THE VIDEO IS FROM WHEN THE COPS WERE DRIVING ALL AROUND TOWN LOOKING FOR THE PERSON THEY TRIED TO SAY WAS A VICTIM OF MALICIOUS WELFARE REQUESTS. WHY DIDN'T THEY JUST KNOCK ON HIS DOOR IF THAT WAS THE CASE. THE COPS KNEW VERY WELL HE WAS THE ONE PLACING THE WELFARE REQUESTS AND THERE WAS A ASIAN COP THAT EVEN TOLD HIM SO WHEN HE DENIED THAT HE CALLED.

MY LAWYER AND BUFFALO HOUSING JUDGE CARNEY KNOW HOW SICK HE IS. I HEARD HE THREATENED MY LAWYER PLUS HE LIED TO JUDGE CARNEY.

Amherst Detective Gregory Trotter will soon be returning to work after around a two and a half year paid vacation. That is what he got after he was arrested by the FBI for lying to them about his contact with felon Peter Gerace Jr. Gerace is also suspected of having som**hing to do with the death of a young woman witness against him. Detective Trotter was the detective assigned to my case after a known psychopath lied to get me thrown in jail over his lie that he saw me leave him harassing notes that i am sure he wrote himself.

The judge actually apologized to Trotter that he had to go through that. They considered it a targeted charge and i guess like the charge against me that Trotter was part of. After the eyewitness against me admitted to using m**h and around a month later called in and said he saw blood all over and a dead body, the cops tried blaming his welfare requests on me and started dispatching them by the last 3 digits of the complaint number. On my following court date Amherst Judge Geoffrey Klein actually took my Assigned Counsel Attorney away from me after Patrick McLaughlin appeared to make a deal on a future case.

The Amherst cops withheld the police report for around 2 months but right away i contacted the detective, who i was told was assigned to my case, to ask him for MJ Peterson Peppertree Heights building security camera video that would have proved the psychopath lied as usual. Not only did the detective ignore my request, he did no investigation at all. This was only 6 months before he was arrested by the FBI so i suspect he was under surveillance by the FBI then. This is the video i made of me leaving him voicemail. I was told he never did any investigation for either side because i'm sure he knew that i was innocent and i was being targeted for MJ Peterson who also ignored my requests for security camera video.

Because ma*****na (pot) is illegal under federal law, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) strictly prohibits its use, possession, and cultivation in federally funded housing. This applies to both medical and recreational ma*****na, even in states where it is legal.

Ma*****na is illegal on HUD subsidized property and the current building manager will not even acknowledge it. I posted information that shows it is illegal on the bulletin board and her office door. This is the video of me posting it. I'm sure that won't do any good so i would like to find a lawyer to sue MJ Peterson for not complying with federal laws and that keeps some tenants from spending time outside. By them not acknowledging that it is illegal here others have started smoking it and i believe it has led to tenants using stronger drugs like m**h.

It appears that a tenant, and not the manager, took my note off the bulletin board. The tenants know how hard it is for MJ Peterson to get someone evicted so they ignore the rules anyways. If someone needed to be evicted it is the psychopath that lied to get me thrown in jail and has cost me 3 years of my life and almost got me killed when the Amherst cops retaliated for me exposing their corruption. It is interesting however that the people that i know got evicted were evicted for not paying their rent.
