We're excited to officially introduce our newest community mascot, Hotdog the Shrimp!

When he's not busy making sure everyone is having a great day, you can usually find Hotdog hanging out by his favorite spot on the property—the pool! ☀️🏊‍♂️ He also enjoys soaking up the sunshine, making new friends, going on neighborhood adventures, and keeping an eye on all the fun happening around the community.

🕙 Pool Hours: Daily from 10 AM – 10 PM
(Weather and chemical levels permitting)

📢 Be sure to watch your email and Facebook for important pool announcements and updates.

👥 Residents may bring up to 2 guests.
Residents must remain with their guests at all times.

🚫 Absolutely NO glass in the pool area.
Even throwing glass away in the pool trash cans can create safety hazards and may result in pool closure.

🚭 No smoking in the pool area.

🐾 No pets allowed in the pool area
(except during our designated Doggy Swim Day!)

👦 Children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

⚠️ No lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk.
