I was born and raised in Urbandale, Iowa and my mom still lives in my childhood home. Except for about 4 years that I lived in Arizona, I am a lifelong Des Moines metro resident. My daughter and her husband have three children and they live close by. I have cats and dogs at home, but I pretty much love, will rescue and help place just about any type of animal. I have always been very active, participating in softball, track and cheerleading when I was younger and I still run in different events when the weather permits. I am a gold medalist in track and field at the Iowa Senior Games and set a personal best time at the Grand Blue Mile in April of 2019. I worked in both accounting and the hospitality/restaurant industry for over 25 years before I decided to dive into real estate.
