Sometimes the right time just has to find you. 🤍

I first connected with I&S a few years ago, but the timing wasn’t quite right and they decided to wait on moving and enjoy their home a little longer✌️.
⏩ Fast forward to this summer, they reached back out and the timing was now right! …And I was so excited to help them make their next move! 🏡✨

We sat down and talked through the best way to market their home, the timing of the sale, and what we could do to make sure it was positioned for success. And honestly… clients like these make my job SO easy! 😍

They had already put in the work and had their home looking absolutely photo-ready 📸. With their hard work and a thoughtful marketing plan, we were ready to hit the market…and the result? UNDER CONTRACT after just ONE day on the market! 🙌🎉

Today, 25 years later, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and the families and loved ones forever changed by that day.

We remember the courage of the first responders, the strength of ordinary Americans who came together in the face of tragedy, and the unity that followed.

25 years may have passed, but we will always remember. We will never forget. 🇺🇸

Congrats to I&S for locking down this amazing Urbandale home (fun fact this home was featured in the 1987 Home Show) so you know it’s got all the charm! 🏡✨

PC road update ‼️

🚧 Roundabout Construction Update
Construction crews are making significant progress on the roundabout project this week, and residents should be prepared for some temporary traffic impacts.

🚦 Flaggers & Traffic Changes
Flaggers are expected to be used today while crews work on the western half of the roundabout.
Tomorrow, the intersection is expected to be reduced to one lane for a portion of the day while crews wash and vacuum the truck apron prior to sealing.
Flaggers will direct alternating traffic through the intersection during this work.
The City is working with the contractor to minimize the amount of time the intersection is under flagger control.

🌙 Evening Construction
Weather permitting, crews may continue working into the evening. Temporary lighting will be used as crews pour concrete and complete sawcutting, with work anticipated to continue until approximately 9 p.m.

The timing of the evening work will depend on weather conditions, particularly the potential for rain.

🎉 Temporary Opening Anticipated Sunday Evening
If construction continues as anticipated, the roundabout is expected to open temporarily to traffic Sunday evening.
Please note that this will not be the permanent opening. The contractor is expected to close the roundabout again for approximately two weeks at the end of September to complete several remaining items before the project is fully finished.
Once that final work is complete, the roundabout will open permanently.

We know this project has required patience from our residents and travelers, and we appreciate your continued understanding as we work toward the finish line! 🚧

Please use extra caution when traveling through the intersection, follow all flagger directions, and allow additional time for your trip while construction continues.
