🍂 September is basically handing us excuses to get out and do something.
If you’ve been looking for a few ways to enjoy the month close to home, here are some Washtenaw County events to keep on your radar:
🎡 Sept. 5–6 — Saline Community Fair
10 AM–10 PM | Washtenaw Farm Council Grounds
Carnival rides, agricultural and craft exhibits, livestock shows, live music, a rodeo, food and more. Admission is $10 Thursday–Sunday, with ride armbands available separately.
🍎 Sept. 12–13 — Country Fair at Wiard’s Orchards
Ypsilanti
A classic fall outing with orchard fun, country fair activities and plenty of seasonal atmosphere.
🫧 Sept. 20 — Bubble Fest 2026
10 AM | 841 Broadway St., Ann Arbor | FREE
Bubbles, music, free kids’ activities, sweet treats and special surprises from Detroit Circus. Open to all ages!
🌮 Sept. 25 — Foodie Fridays at County Farm Park
11 AM–7 PM | 2230 Platt Rd., Ann Arbor
Local food trucks set up at the park every Friday through September 25. No registration needed — just stop by and grab something good!
🥕 Sept. 24 — Manchester Farmers Market
3 PM | Adrian St., Manchester
The final market of the season, featuring local produce, plants, eggs, baked goods, flowers and handmade crafts.
🍂 Sept. 27 — Fall Market at Revel Run
2–10 PM | Revel Run, Chelsea | FREE
Shop local vendors, enjoy food trucks and live music, grab a drink at The Foxhole Biergarten and watch a public horse show.
🍺 Sept. 30 — Oktoberfest B**r & W**e Strolling Tasting
6:30–8:30 PM | Vinology, Ann Arbor | $60
An evening celebrating German food, w**e, b**r, music and culture with a strolling tasting through downtown Ann Arbor.
