📊 Monday Market Update | June 15

More inventory doesn't always mean a slower market.

Washtenaw County now has 4.5 months of inventory and 880 active homes on the market, giving buyers more choices than we've seen in recent months. At the same time, sellers are still receiving an average of 99.6% of their list price.

Homes are averaging 95 days on market, while the average sold price is $475,262.

What this means:
Buyers have more opportunities to find the right fit, and sellers who price strategically are still seeing strong results.
