Fewer homes on the market, but buyers are still taking their time. 👀

Here’s what’s happening in Washtenaw County this week:

🏡 345 active listings
⏳ 227 days on market for active homes
💰 100.6% of list price on average for sold homes

So, what does this mean?

Buyers still have options, but finding the right home takes more than just looking at the price. Condition, location, and how a home compares with others on the market all matter.

For sellers, the takeaway is simple: pricing your home right and making it stand out can make a real difference.

And even with homes taking longer to sell, those that do sell are still averaging slightly above their list price. The details matter!
