I share them so that other people will see the level of service you deserve… When you trust a real estate agent with your business, with your hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars, with selling your childhood home…these are the only types of reviews you should be leaving.

Suzy did it all. She helped us navigate the work that needed to be done on the home we were selling and was a great advocate for us in the purchase of our new home. Her advice on improvements and staging were essential in getting us a fast sale while similar homes continue to sit on the market for $10k+ less than we just sold for. From the HVAC in the home we were selling dying on the day of inspection, to a frozen over fridge in our new home on the day of walkthrough, this was not a straightforward process that a lesser realtor could have phoned in. She always knew what to do and how to manage all the personalities in both deals. Suzy earned every bit of our business and we would recommend her to any and everyone.

Congratulations to my sellers on the sale of their adorable home 🏡❤️

I met Ruthie through my close friend Jenna, and really wish we had more time to get to know each other before they moved south!

That being said… they had to move and they are a very busy family with young kids. One of the things that I like to do for my clients is make selling their home as easy as possible.

I was able to come in, get my handyman in there and do all of the things that they needed to get the house ready for market, schedule the cleaning, schedule the Stager, schedule the photos… So they could take their time moving their family without the stress of selling their house. We stayed in touch throughout the process, they signed the papers in another state, and their house is sold! Easy peasy 🏡
