I will advertise your home, show it to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. There's an art to making your home attractive to your ideal prospective buyers- and ensuring it gets top dollar. I can help present your home in a way that buyers can visualize themselves living there. The way we achieve this includes staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls.
