Weekend recap

On Friday, I got to attend a field trip to Desoto Caverns, Alabama with my son Joshua and the rest of the 3rd grade class at Ohatchee Elementary School

Saturday, I was able to pop in a surprise b-day party for one of my past clients Claude. Saturday night, I attended senior walkout for my oldest daughter Lily ❤️

What I’ve learned, LIFE happens ALL around us. Enjoy the moments.

What's a final walkthrough?

It's a chance for the buyer to view the property they are buying one last time prior to closing day. It typically happens the day before closing. The purpose of the walkthrough is to make sure the home is in the same condition it was in when you originally put your offer in.
