June in Raleigh & the suburbs is FULLY loaded and I am here for ALL of it 🙌🏻

First things first, we have to start with the biggest thing happening this month - YOUR Carolina Hurricanes are in the Stanley Cup Finals! 20 years in the making. Let’s GOOO Canes 🖤❤️ Lenovo Center is hosting watch parties for all road games, check their website for details.

And in between games, June has something for everyone. From Hamilton at DPAC to the International Food Festival, Pride in the park, and NC Hops Fest, and Juneteenth Celebration at Dix Park! This month is full of reasons to get out and explore your community.

Streamers. Scissors. Five years in the making. 🦋

Real Estate found me five years ago and honestly, I’m so glad it did. As some of you know, I relocated from Southern California to North Carolina and initially it was going to be a two-year move.

Almost 10 years later, I had no idea that saying yes to that decision would lead me here. To this community. To this new career. To this moment with streamers flying and a heart so full I don’t even have the words.

To every woman out their building something in between the hard moments, the long nights, and the days nobody sees, this one’s for you. You are closer than you think. Keep going. Bet on yourself. Back yourself the way you back everyone else.

We don’t wait for permission. We build the tables, and we sit at it. And you know, there’s always a seat at my table.

If you’re looking for a reason to get out this weekend, let me give you one. Holl and Stone in Garner NC is 100 year-old working for just 15 minutes from downtown Raleigh and it has everything. Produce, home goods, ice cream, plant nursery, coffee bar, and friendly alpacas. This is exactly the kind of place that makes me fall in love with living here all over again. Warm weather and a farm day? Yes please. What’s your favorite ice cream flavor? Loved the blueberry and basil soft serve.
