Hiring a listing agent shouldn't be a coin flip with your biggest asset. π
Most people pick a listing agent based on what looks good on paper. The sales volume, the years in business, a few solid Google reviews.
None of that tells you how the sale is actually going to go. The agents worth hiring set themselves apart in different ways.
It's in the questions they invite you to ask, the strategy they bring to the table before your home ever hits the MLS, and the way they communicate with you through every step of the sale.
That's what's worth paying attention to when you're choosing who to trust with one of the biggest financial decisions of your life.
