Not every race to the closing table is a straight shot to the finish line.
When my buyer decided to relocate to Guntersville for the JST expansion, we hit the ground running. After several showings, we found a home in Albertville that seemed like the perfect fit and quickly went under contract.

Then came inspections.

The inspection revealed significant HVAC concerns, including a system that was not functioning properly and was at the end of its life expectancy. When it became clear the seller was not willing to replace the HVAC, we had a decision to make. We could move forward and hope for the best, or we could pump the brakes, step back, and find something better.

We chose the second option.

As your REALTOR®, my job isn't just to get a deal to the closing table. It's to help my clients make informed decisions, protect their investment, and sometimes advise them to walk away when the risks outweigh the reward.
