This one deserves a little backstory.

These sellers reached out wanting to know the best way to profit from their property. I laid out every option, selling it all together and selling it separately. I was upfront that separating it would be more work, more steps, and honestly… much easier for me to just keep it together.

But I’m not here to do what’s easiest for me.
I’m here to do what’s best for my clients.

So we chose the option that gave them the opportunity to walk away with the most moola even though it meant more work on my end. And guess what? It worked.

I also had the privilege of helping the buyers, which allowed me to support both sides and help everything come together smoothly at closing.
