☀️ Good Afternoon! This week’s numbers are in, and we saw some changes! Months of inventory is at 2.8! We need to be at 6 months supply of inventory to be in a balanced market.
NEW LISTINGS are ⬇⬇⬇ with a ⬇⬇⬇ in how many sold. TOTAL INVENTORY is ⬆⬆⬆ to 11,118 homes with 1,937 price reductions this past week as well. DAYS ON MARKET has decreased to 57 DAYS! Over the last 7 days, there are 1,781 homes currently under contract, compared to last week at 2,004! There were 1,716 homes sold in the last week!

Overall inventory has increased as well as buyer activity. We are seeing strong demand for homes as buyers look to make a move during the summer months. Sellers are also gearing up with preparations for the market. Days on market is decreasing as we see multiple offers with great homes!
