I don’t even know where to start with this one. A sale and purchase trifecta that put us THROUGH IT. Every time we cleared one hurdle, another one was waiting. By closing day, I think we had experienced just about every possible way a real estate transaction could test a person.

There were so many moving pieces and so many things completely out of our control, but they never gave up. I’m so grateful they trusted me through all of it.

After everything, they officially own their new home on 3 acres. I’m pretty sure we all aged a few years getting here, but WE MADE IT.

Congratulations to my buyers. You earned this closing and then some. Now go enjoy those 3 acres!

8,500 sq ft of absolute perfection and one of the hardest transactions I’ve ever fought through.

Every showing. Every cleaning. Every problem. Every phone call. Every time something went sideways… I was there.

There were moments I genuinely didn’t know how we were going to pull this one off. But quitting on my seller was never an option.

And in the end?

$5.8 MILLION. CASH. CLOSED.

The agent on the other side was an absolute freaking angel and when I say we WORKED to get everyone across that finish line… we WORKED.

This one took grit. Heart. Patience. And probably 4 years off my life.

But we did that.

Congrats to my seller, the buyers, and everyone who rode this rollercoaster with us.

Just shoot it right at me, Jay.

Clearly he was THRILLED I made him take a closing photo.

I sold Jay this house two years ago and then he casually calls me like, “Yeah, I’m moving to Hawaii and I need to sell. Fast.”

Say less.

We did a walkthrough, I told him what to do, he did it, and one month after hitting the market… CLOSED.

Honestly, Jay is the best. Thanks for trusting me AGAIN. I hope Hawaii treats you as kind as MPLS did.

Referred to me, and the rest is history!

Can you believe they started looking back in January and found a townhome they absolutely LOVED… but someone else bought it.

Fast forward six months, that exact same townhome came back on the market because of a relocation. And the timing couldn’t have been more perfect. They were finally ready to buy, their dream townhome was available again!

Imagine the home you thought you missed coming back on the market at the exact moment you’re ready to buy. Goals!

I met Agnes completely by chance while showing a home. They had their hearts set on one specific part of Plymouth, and after losing the first house, we found the one that was meant to be.

Somewhere between showings and offers, she became more than a client she became a friend.

Today she sent me this:

“You have no idea how you made a difference in our lives. Your kindness shows every step of the way. You are one of a kind, and we are so blessed that we found you.” 🥹

This is why I love what I do. It’s never just about the house.

Steph and Tim moved from Illinois to Minnesota for one reason—to be closer to their daughter and son-in-law, who is a coach at Bethel.

This one wasn’t easy. We lost out, got discouraged, and had a few moments where we wondered if the right house was ever going to come along. But we kept showing up.

In the end, we beat out multiple offers, including a cash offer, and got them the home they wanted with financing.

The best part isn’t the house. It’s being closer to family, cheering from the sidelines, grabbing dinner together, and being part of the everyday moments they moved here for in the first place.

So happy for you both. Welcome home, Steph and Tim. ❤️🏡

It was a hard road but we got here! It was hard. Really hard.

Multiple offers. Multiple losses. Multiple times getting our hopes up only to have them crushed.

There was one house that hurt so bad I sat in my car and cried after we lost it. Not because I was her realtor. Because she’s one of my closest friends. I felt every disappointment right alongside her and kept wondering what else I could do to help her get there. We finally landed one 200 ft from Medicine Lake Beach in the school district she needed to be. I am so so proud. Congratulations my friend!!!
