Chardae Taylor is a Philadelphia-area REALTOR® with more than six years of experience helping buyers, sellers, and real estate investors navigate the market with confidence.
Throughout her career, Chardae has represented clients across a diverse range of transactions, from first-time home purchases and traditional residential sales to investment properties and multifamily opportunities. With more than 30 closed transactions and millions of dollars in real estate sales, Chardae brings hands-on market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a practical understanding of what it takes to successfully move a transaction from contract to closing.
Her experience extends well beyond the traditional role of a real estate agent. Through her work in property management, lead inspection coordination, rental licensing, permit expediting, and Philadelphia L&I compliance, Chardae has developed a comprehensive understanding of property ownership that is especially valuable to investors, landlords, out-of-state owners, and clients navigating Philadelphia's unique real estate requirements.
