After spending the first 28 years of his life in Havertown, Joe enjoyed five years in Philly, before settling back in Havertown with his wife and two sons. Having lived in both the city and the suburbs, he possesses a unique, intimate knowledge of both lifestyles and markets. Joe takes pride in educating and guiding his clients with confidence and care as they achieve their real estate goals. He strives to be a ‘connector’ for his network, introducing clients to local businesses, sharing neighborhood insights, and connecting them to resources that make their transition seamless.
