While that is true, in our experience we have seen somewhat of a typical summer slow down - things aren’t quite as cutthroat as we saw over the spring. Yesterday was an exciting day! This year we have been helping these two find their next home while living overseas. That means FaceTiming through properties and them dealing with the inconvenience of a big time difference, but they were amazing through the whole thing! It’s a tough market for buyers with VA financing, but these guys were aggressive and willing to get creative. In the end, we beat out 9 other offers to secure them an amazing home!
