Valen W Vera Cruz Serving real estate needs with trust, integrity and expertise Valen enjoys an incredible marriage with his wife, Malinda.

Living most of his life in the mountains of WNC and on the beautiful island of Kauai, Hawaii, Valen has developed a love for cultivating relationships, enjoying all that nature has to offer and sharing that joy with those he comes in contact with, on a daily basis. Most of his adult life has found him working in businesses of his own, where he has found success in several different fields. The sec

ret of which, he says, comes from a work ethic instilled at a young age, through the example of hard-working family values. His willingness to “do whatever it takes” along with a persistent “never say never attitude” has paved the road for continued success in the real estate field, as well. Upon graduating from Cumbie & Trull School of Real Estate, Valen was privileged to receive his real estate license from the State of North Carolina in 2006 and is honored to serve as a REALTOR® here in the beautiful western portion of our great state. Their family has been blessed with three great young adult “kids”, their wonderful spouses and one grandchild. When Malinda and Valen are not serving the real estate needs of our community in WNC, you will find them serving their church family in several key positions there. Then when time permits, you will find them traveling, enjoying family and friends and cultivating personal relationships.
