Congrats to Ackerman & Co.’s Stephen Lapierre and Wyatt Whitaker for closing the sale of a former 6,440 SF Meineke Car Care Center in Woodstock, GA. Stephen and Wyatt represented the seller in the $1.7-million transaction. The buyer, Killian Automotive, is expanding in Northwest Georgia and will open its newest car repair center at the site, located at 9777 Highway 92.
