I love being the family real estate agent. After much searching, we finally found the right home. I couldn’t be happier for my clients. The home inspection came back with few repairs and we were able to negotiate a few needed repairs. My clients are first time homebuyers and I love educating and holding their hand throughout the entire home buying process. Now, onto closing which will be an exciting day!😊

This closing had a few challenges including the hot water heater breaking down flooding the entire first floor while it was listed for sale. We had to temporarily take the home off the market to repair the property and replace the hot water heater. This beautiful condo sold for full price and needless to say the sellers are happy campers.

I have been working with investors lately, but recently had the opportunity to help this young family secure their dream home after holding their hand for the past year which I love doing. This couple originally wanted to settle for a three bedroom home; however, after hard work and determination, they purchased a five bedroom like new home with an inviting screen porch in the city of their desire. Please, never give up on your dreams. If you keep taking baby steps, you will get there with the wisdom to stay there!
