Today, we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the families whose lives were forever changed, and the first responders and everyday heroes who showed extraordinary courage in the face of tragedy.

We continue to pray for the families who carry the weight of that day and for our nation. I hope we always remember, honor, and never forget. 🇺🇸

Just before I left for Japan, I received a call from a sweet lady who wanted to see one very specific house. She told me that I had been the listing agent on a home their son had purchased, so naturally, I was incredibly honored that she remembered me and chose to call me when it was time for their move.
Unfortunately, with me already preparing for my trip, I couldn’t show them that first house myself. I arranged for a colleague to take them through it — but wouldn’t you know, that house went under contract before they ever had a chance to see it! 😅

So they waited until I returned home and had a chance to get settled before we officially started the house hunt. After spending an entire day together, I knew it. These were MY people. ❤️ This is the cutest trio, there's a husband and wife and a sister-in-law.

The laughter, the conversations, the connection… sometimes you just click with people, and you know you were meant to cross paths. And now, I get to celebrate with them as they close on their beautiful new home! 🥂🏡

I am so grateful they trusted me to be part of this journey, and even more grateful for the friendship that came along with it.
Congratulations to this wonderful trio! May your new home be filled with laughter, family, memories, and so much happiness. ❤️

This is so much more than selling a house. This is why I love what I do.

Randy Bristol and his team rocked this loan. They especially helped my trio with all of the computer usage. David J. McMahan probably wondered what was going on at his closing table. This was one of the most laid back and comical closings I have ever had.

Vanessa Adams -you were a rock star in getting and keeping everyone on the same page.

NEW CONSTRUCTION WITHOUT THE WAIT. 🙌

There's something really appealing about building a brand-new home…

Until you realize you have to:
Pick the finishes. Make the selections. Wait for construction. Watch the timeline change. And wait some more.

Or…

You could just move in.

9129 Lakeview Parkway is brand new, beautifully finished and ready for its next owner.

And now that we've staged some of the rooms, you can really see how beautiful this home can be.

Maybe it's time to take another look.

Contact me at 678-633-9353 or your fave Realtor. We would love to get you HOME! Ask about incentives being offered by the builder.

🏡 CLOSED! ❤️

We were just kids when we met after I moved to Villa Rica in 1986. She was one of my very first friends, and almost 40 years later, I had the INCREDIBLE honor of representing her in the sale of her home.

Our friendship has grown through so many seasons of life, and her daughters have become incredibly special to me along the way. They hold such an important place in my heart, which made helping their mom through this chapter even more meaningful.

A huge thank you to David McMahan for being a fantastic closing attorney and helping make everything go smoothly. And Yami Fazio — thank you for bringing us the most eager buyers I have ever seen! 😂 From the moment they walked through the door, they knew this was the one. I have no doubt they are going to love making this house their home and creating their own memories there. ❤️

Thank you for trusting me to be your Realtor. I’m so grateful for this friendship, this family, and the opportunity to be part of such a special chapter.

Congratulations, my friend! Here’s to new beginnings, happy memories, and many more years of friendship! ❤️🏡🥂
