RTG's longstanding partnership with United Way of Greater Knoxville reflects our continued commitment to supporting the communities where we live and work. Today's kickoff was a great opportunity to come together, learn more about the impact of United Way, and start another year of giving back.

Realty Trust Group ’s Charlie Dickhaus, Senior Vice President, was recently featured in the Walton County Chamber of Commerce | Georgia 2026 Community Magazine, sharing insight on Northside Hospital's continued expansion in Walton County, Georgia.

The article highlights Northside Medical Loganville, a new 40,000-square-foot medical office building designed to expand access to healthcare services in the growing community. RTG represented Northside Hospital as the tenant in lease negotiations and is also serving as project manager, overseeing development of the site.

Charlie discussed the goal of creating a flagship facility for the market while supporting Northside’s long-term growth in the community.

Last week Realty Trust Group supported the 30th Annual Tennessee Golf Classic benefiting Ronald McDonald House Southern Appalachian as a Bronze Sponsor.

Scott Davis, Vice President of Advisory Services, represented RTG at the event alongside Ryan Harrington, Steve Kilgore, and Dr. Chad Couch of Ballad Health.

Held at Blackthorn Club at the Ridges, the annual tournament helps provide a home away from home for families while their children receive medical care.
