New on the Market

06/07/2026

Take a moment today to breathe and reset. ✨

In real estate, we often talk about the logistics: the boxes, the staging, the paperwork. But the biggest move happens in the mind first.

Rightsizing isn't just about leaving a house where you raised a family or spent decades. It’s about the mental shift from 'leaving' to 'arriving.' It’s giving yourself permission to imagine a life with more time, less maintenance, and a space that truly reflects who you are *now*.

As you prep for the week ahead, ask yourself: What does my next chapter look like as I shift from 'what was' and focus on 'what’s next'?

Wishing you a peaceful Sunday. 🏠

Do this wrong and you could end up with an unexpected bill at closing! This often happens with utilities that may be in another persons name. It’s important to forward mainly for the family even if the deceased person was single or widowed. Any bills in others names are NOT forwarded when you forward for an individual. Probate can feel like a maze, but understanding the language is the first step. 🕊️⚖️ Today for , we’re looking at a uniquely Georgian protection: Year’s Support. When a family is navigating the loss of a loved one, the last thing they should worry about is losing their sanctuary. This legal tool is designed to provide a safety net for those who need it most during that first, difficult year. Swipe for a plain-English breakdown of how it works here in Georgia.
