This one cracked me up. Often sellers don`t want to hear what I ask them to do to sell their home- repairs, clean up, price etc. In this case I told him I wouldn`t take the listing unless he did it (he was a referral from a friend of his). He was a little perplexed but cooperated and it all worked out. Below are his thoughts. Signed, Sergeant French :)
First impressions aren't everything — and Steve is living proof of that. I initially didn't like Steve because he looked like a cross between a highway patrol officer who writes up speeding ticket for going 5 miles over the speed limit and a uptight PE teacher who likes to run military drills in junior high. I really wasn't sure what to expect when we first met. He quickly won me over with his professionalism, resourcefulness, and dedication to getting the job done.
After struggling to sell my property for over two years, Steve stepped in and made an immediate impact. He leveraged his extensive network of local contacts — from cleaning and repair services to septic specialists — to get my home market-ready in record time. His hands-on approach and deep knowledge of the selling process were the difference-makers that finally led to a successful sale.
Steve is results-driven, well-connected, and genuinely committed to his clients' success. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell, especially in a challenging real estate market. If you want an agent who delivers, Steve is your guy. Mike
As for the modem, would be great if you drop it off any UPS store (no box needed). They just scan the bar code and take it from you for free Again, thank you so much for your help.
Cheers Steve!
