We’re SO EXCITED to have Oakwood back!! ☕️🤎

The coffee shop and the bodega have officially opened, but that’s just the beginning. The playground is getting an upgrade, and even an 🕹️arcade is in the works!

And because we love anything that brings our Drip community together… Mahjong nights 🀄️ look like they are in our near future too.

A 43-acre retail center is in the works at 📍Headwaters East in Dripping Springs, near Headwaters Blvd. and Canyonwood Dr., just north of 290. Plans call for approximately 275,000 square feet of new retail space! 🛍️

While no specific businesses have been announced yet, plans include:
• Full-service sit-down restaurants
• National retailers
• Coffee shops
• Financial institutions
