Property tax season is rolling around again (I know… the worst).

You’ll probably be getting your appraisal notice soon if you haven’t already. As usual, it’s worth taking a look to see if the value actually makes sense - because a lot of times, it doesn’t.

If you don’t want to deal with the headache of protesting it yourself, I’ve got a company I trust that handles it for you. They only get paid if they save you money, which is nice. I've personally used them on my own properties, so I can attest to them working really well for me.
