WELCOME TO AUSTIN & YOUR FIRST HOME!! 🥂🏡

Boy, do I love a good relocation story! After four years of living the expat life our clients decided it was time to come back stateside and put down roots in Austin… and I’m telling you this city seriously scored. The sweetest family you’ll ever meet, I just know they’re going to find their community in no time.

They flew in for one weekend (yep, just one!) to explore neighborhoods, tour homes and decide if ATX was the right move. Not only did they decide it was, they found the one and made it happen. Total pros! My favorite part was cruising around town, gabbin about the city while pointing out all the local hotspots then getting to just chill together on one of my favorite patios after a day of showings with a nice cold beer.

A few late-night calls and texts later… and boom: offer accepted below ask, seller credit secured, 5 chickens 🐓 plus some awesome vintage furniture to make their move even sweeter.

Once under contract, making our way to the closing table took no bs communication, strong client advocacy and a whole lotta trust in me and the team! Thank you both for being so amazing!

Oh Yeah! It’s Friday and the vibe is… CLOSING TIME! 🥂

Congrats to our wonderful client that just said goodbye to the burbs and hello to city living in the heart of it all!

She sold her home, bought a new one and did it all like a total boss - with a little help from and yours truly 🙌. For her this is what leveling up looks like. Walkable spots, space to entertain, good food nearby, and no more irritatingly long drives to get to the fun
