✨ Real Estate Adventures… you truly can’t make this stuff up ✨

In 15 years of real estate, this was a first 😅

Final walk-through day. We get to the house early (as usual) to open windows, make it feel welcoming… and—no lockbox.
No keys. LOCKED OUT! 🙃

We call the listing agent and he casually says, “Oh, I thought you already did the walk-through.”
Sir… we did not 😂

Turns out he already took the keys to the title company. Cool cool cool. No problem… except we’re now on a 30-minute countdown to closing ⏰

So we race to the title company, grab the keys, rush back to meet our client…

…and we are handed what can only be described as a janitor-level key ring. About 30 keys. THIRTY. 🔑🔑🔑🔑🔑🔑🔑🔑🔑

We’re standing there trying them one by one like we’re unlocking a mystery vault. 5 keys… 10 keys… 15 keys… nothing. At this point we are questioning reality.

Finally—around key #20—we hit the jackpot 🙌

….it felt like we entered the Twilight Zone for a minute there 😂

But hey… we got in, everything checked out, we made it to closing, and we have one very happy client 💛

Moral of the story: In real estate, expect the unexpected… and always be ready to laugh through it😜.
