The truth about homes that don’t sell right away 🏡

Not every home flies off the market… and that’s okay.

Sometimes it just means we need to pause, reassess, and adjust the strategy.
• Revisit pricing based on current market activity
• Refine presentation — photos, staging, first impressions
• Increase exposure and get the right eyes on it
• Stay proactive instead of waiting

I’ve had several homes recently go from sitting… to pending — not because we got lucky, but because we pivoted and stayed intentional.
