They Didn't Think We Could Sell Their Home, But We Did....

Our clients were running out of time

They had another baby on the way

They were already maxed out of space in their current home 🏠

All their bedrooms were filled

They knew they had a problem

They needed to sell their home in order to buy a new bigger home

Their forever house 🏡

But, they didn’t know where to start

Do we buy first then sell?

Where do we get the funds from to use as their down payment?

Is the process to buy a home now the same as it was when they originally bought?

How do they sell a house?

That’s where we came in

Walked them through the entire buying process from A to Z

Walked them through the entire selling process from A to Z

Came up with some creative strategies so they could buy first, get settled in to the new forever home and not have the stress of doing both at the same time

Not only did the sell their home but we got them top dollar

No stress in the selling of their home, they weren’t there for any of it

Not only did they buy their forever home but we got them a great deal

No stress in buying the new home they had all of the financing taken care of

If you are in a situation like this send me a DM and I can walk you through the process just like we helped them 👊

Grateful is an understatement - my first 10 months in real estate I made the $1,000,000 club. As a part time agent.

To some agents this is a monthly accomplishment. But for me I work a full time job, have another part time job, I coach high school football, part time real estate agent, and I am husband and father of 3 under 5.

My mentor Jason has a saying “Work, Works” damn right it does 🔥

Finally hit the closing table today for this beautiful property. It’s not always an easy process, but as they say, “good things come to those who wait.” For my clients, that was a very true statement.

Couldn’t be more happy they brought me along for this journey.
