Sometimes things don’t go according to plan. Deals fall apart, unexpected issues come up, and you have to go back to work.

But when things go wrong, we don’t give up.

After the first deal fell through due to an issue on the buyer’s end, we went right back to work—and now this home is UNDER CONTRACT again!

Happy Friday, NEPA! Here's a safety task most families never get around to.

Quick safety fact: In a house fire, you may have as little as two minutes to get out safely. Most families have never practiced an escape plan.

This weekend task: Walk through your home and identify two ways out of every room, usually a door and a window.

Pick one meeting spot outside, like a mailbox or a neighbor's driveway, so everyone knows where to go.

Then practice it once with your kids. It takes ten minutes, and it's the kind of thing you only need once.
