This client purchased this home in a coastal town in Maine as an investment property and enlisted our help to modernize it.

In addition to relocating the front door, she wanted to paint the exterior a dark hue. We selected Benjamin Moore's Blacktop for the siding and Black Beauty for the trim. We also designed a spacious covered front porch with a cozy seating area, replaced the doors and windows, and added some stone accents to create contrast with the dark siding.
