🕰️ Last year my client bought a condo in - coming out of a recent life-event, he just wanted to find a place to call his own.

🏡 He closed. Made some improvements & settled in.

⏭️Fast-forward- he’s called a few months back that he’s decided he is ready to sell and get back to single-family living, but he didn’t want it to be a public sale.

🎉 What a magical transaction.

🎾 Acquaintances of mine from tennis asked me to help them sell and buy a new house about 9 months ago. We started the planning process right away.

🏡 On the other hand, a client/colleague/friend of mine came to the open house for their home and fell in love.

🤝 To ensure everyone had true fiduciary, I had my team lead Gina handle writing and submitting his offer and the rest is history!

📆 with 28 showings and 1 full day on the market, we received an offer with a deadline of that very night.

🤔 I thought it would be a bit ridiculous for us to try and then call a deadline on such short notice, but we did receive two offers that night so I presented them both.

💰 I am proud so say this home was listed for $999k and closed for $1.275M.

📈 The seller, a distant relative, had approached me with his desire to sell, and we came up with a very specific blueprint and plan, and he worked tirelessly to adhere completely to the plan laid out in front of him. And boy did it pay off.
