Median home prices here are running about $400,000–$425,000, with homes typically selling around $205 per square foot. Most listings are going pending in roughly 3-4 weeks — still competitive, but a little less frantic than the past couple of years.

A few things buyers ask me a lot:

✅ Is it family-friendly? Yes — Owings Mills is served by Baltimore County Public Schools, with plenty of elementary, middle, and high schools in the area, plus shopping and dining at Foundry Row and Metro Centre.

✅ What's the commute like? Easy access to I-795 and I-695, with downtown Baltimore about 20-25 minutes away.

✅ What if Owings Mills isn't quite the right fit? Reisterstown and Pikesville are both worth a look too — similar feel, similar commute access, sometimes different price points.

This one was a little tricky⚖️. My client had a home in NJ to sell🏡. He zeroed in on this gem💎 in Hanover quickly. We saw it, put it under contract 📜and then he got to work quickly getting his home ready for market📸. Towards the end it took some reaching out📞 to the team in NJ to help get that one across the finish🏁 line so we could get this one done. In the end it all worked out.🙏🏻
