Phase three of Imeson Landing Business Park is underway in Jacksonville!

The expansion will add 126,500 SF across three shallow-bay light industrial buildings, bringing the park to 392,700 SF. Phase three will also introduce 1,650 SF of move-in-ready incubator spaces designed to support small and growing businesses.

We've also started the second phase of redevelopment at Merritt at Gate Parkway, converting Buildings 100 and 200 into multi-tenant light industrial buildings.

Mar Speech Making an Impact!

In 2024, Mar Speech tripled its operational footprint in Columbia Corporate Park, moving from its original 759-square-foot incubator space at 8830 Stanford Blvd into a new 2,301-square-foot office at 8840 Stanford Blvd next door.

The expanded space includes four dedicated treatment rooms and a specialized sensory gym, allowing Mar Speech to serve even more children and young adults with speech, language, and occupational therapy through a neurodiversity-affirming approach.
