We have broken ground on RDU Business Park, a 150-acre light industrial development in Morrisville, NC, within the Town of Cary and just three miles from RDU Airport.

The West Phase, the project’s first 31-acre section, will deliver 201,250 SF across three single-story buildings, with preleasing now underway.

Construction is officially underway at Austin Ridge Business Park Phase I!

This phase will feature two Class A light industrial buildings totaling 140,000 square feet, part of a five-building development plan located along I-95 between Washington, D.C., and Richmond.

The project will bring small-bay warehouse space to the growing Stafford County market.
